Geneious allows you to quickly jump through all of the disagreements in a contig and keeps a record of all edits you make to your contig so you always know what's changed.
Cloning
With Geneious Pro you can do all of the necessary computer based analysis in preparation for lab work. Visual mapping of restriction enzyme cut sites and in silico digestion as well as ligation of fragments with consideration for sticky and blunt ends. You can even maintain a list of your favorite enzymes or the ones that are available in the fridge!
