Evolutionary trees are built for hits within the same species. These are then displayed inside boxes nested according to the NCBI taxonomy.

- Queries are trunctated to 500 residues
- A maximum of 1000 blast hits are used
- A maximum blast hit e-value of 0.0001 is used
