Restriction Analysis
- Find restriction sites – Create a list of restriction enzymes and display all of the enzymes on your linear or circular DNA fragment

in silico Cloning
- One-step Gateway cloning – Select up to four fragments, four donor vectors and a destination vector, and perform in silico Gateway cloning in a single step.
- Ligate sequences – Ligate multiple fragments together that have matching overhangs.
- One-step cloning – Insert a fragment of DNA into a vector with matching overhangs in a single step.
