Geneious Apps
Geneious Apps are special plug-ins with new specialist functionality not already in Geneious Pro. Bringing advanced enhancements to existing features and third-party developed tools from our growing community of developers, Geneious Apps will inspire research, so continue to expect new apps and improvements for everyone!
There are currently 19 free Geneious Apps, and they'll always be free, but just like Geneious Pro, we know there's a whole world of new functionality worth paying for too! If you're a developer, don't forget that you can learn how to write your own and choose whether you want to release them free, or charge a fee! It's totally easy.
New Geneious Apps
- Microsatellites Analysis – Curve fitting, Peak calling, Binning, Size matching (to a known standard), Allele calling (heterozygotes)! Easy as you like!
- Digital Expression Analysis – De novo assemble or map transcriptomes to a genome, identify low or high expressed genes, and make statistical comparisons among multiple samples!
