Policies

Releases, Updates, and Support

Standard release purchases entitle the purchaser to a specified release (e.g., R6) and subsequent updates to the release (e.g., R6.1), but does not entitle purchasor to subsequent, unspecified releases (e.g., R7).

Time-limited subscription entitlements include access and support for any currently supported release during the time period.

Biomatters provides email and phone based technical support to authorized users holding a valid entitlement for the most recent updates to the two most recent releases of the software. Biomatters may choose at its own discretion to offer support to users who do not have an active entitlement.

Refund Policy
Biomatters Limited uses a third party payment processor – Kagi. Kagi's refund policy may be viewed at www.kagi.com/refundpolicy. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase or subscription by submitting a Refund Request Form to refund@kagi.com. If Kagi receives a refund request, they will notify Biomatters Limited. Biomatters Limited reserves the right to rectify or resolve any reported problems within 14 days of notification, before a refund is processed.

Privacy Statement

At Biomatters Limited, we respect your right to privacy. We will never under any circumstances sell or otherwise pass on your name and e-mail information to a third party.
What information do we collect?
When you purchase software from Biomatters Limited, we collect personal information to allow us to fulfill your order and provide technical support services. Information we collect may include your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
What do we do with this information?
Only Biomatters Limited has access to customer information. We will not give or sell your private information to any outside company for any purpose without your express consent. We will use the information provided to us to notify you of important announcements regarding special offers or software upgrades. If you do not want to receive this information, you can be excluded from these announcements by notifying us by email.
Credit card information
Biomatters Limited uses a third party payment processor – Kagi. The payment processor securely handles all credit card details and informs us whether transactions succeed or fail. We do not receive (and cannot store) any credit card information whatsoever at any time.
Review and Correction of Personal Information
At any time, you may review or correct your personal information in your user profile. You may also request that we remove your registration data and personal information from our system; however, Biomatters Limited reserves the right to provide free technical support and software upgrades only to registered users.
Security of Information
Biomatters Limited will take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, unauthorized alteration, destruction or other malfeasance.
