Every three months, for 24 hours, EvoLab provides an opportunity for individuals or teams to experiment, create, learn, share, or collaborate on projects that excite you and align with our vision, mission, and values, or our strategic objectives.
All new employees are offered share options when they start. When you do well, our company does well, and when the company does well, you get to share in our success.
All employees receive health insurance. We also provide income protection (worker’s compensation in the U.S.), trauma insurance, and life insurance. In addition, we contribute to pension plans.
Flexible work is important to us. Most teams set their own hours and work from home one or two days a week. Our U.S. employees work remotely and come together for important events, like our annual sales conference in New Zealand.
Our largest team resides in Auckland, New Zealand and is a great mix of people across finance, application science, software development, sales, and marketing . They enjoy their commercial coffee machine, daily hacky sack, deck filled with plants and herbs, and collaborating and getting involved.
Our U.S. team is a group of amazing sales and science experts who work remotely to build our customer base and provide technical support. They work flexibly, from their home offices, and connect during weekly meetings. They also meet up frequently at conferences, during training, and at other events.
Our Danish team is based in Aarhus, Denmark. They are a curious and practical bunch, driven by a passion to help pharmaceutical companies make better drugs more quickly. Small and close-knit, the team eats lunch together most days and works flexibly. In their spare time, they enjoy a range of hobbies and interests, including drinking and brewing beer, coffee, and sports like running, mountaineering, and skiing.
