• Chromosome selector for viewing individual chromosomes within a genome

Alignment and Phylogenetics

• Distance matrix view on alignments

Primers, restriction analysis and cloning

• 1-step multi-site Gateway cloning
• Primer spreadsheet import
• Test primers with subsets of primers
• Added ability to extract multiple primer annotations simultaneously

Visualization and GUI enhancements

• Coverage graph: Added logarithmic scale option and added mean coverage indicator on scale bar
• "Add Annotation" button can now create separate annotations for each selected region

Annotate, Predict, Manipulate

• Filter annotations on tracks
• Improved accuracy for variant calling
• Call variants in sample only (ignores reference)
• Run all annotation generators on multiple documents simultaneously
• "Compare Annotations" of different types on a sequence

Import and Export

• New TSV (Tab separated values) exporter
• CSV/TSV Importer for importing primers, probes and nucleotide/amino-acid sequences from spreadsheets
• Import sequences by pasting straight in to Geneious

Miscellaneous

• Support button for better, faster help
• New Share button for sharing via email, Facebook or Twitter
• Added "Copy (reverse complement)" to right-click popup menu
• Save the parameters of any operation to a profile for re-using later or for sharing with your colleagues
