EMBOSS Protein Plugin

This plugin includes three protein analysis tools from the EMBOSS package: antigenic to predict antigenic regions, sigcleave to predict signal cleavage sites, and garnier to predict secondary structures.

Quick Start

Install the plugin by downloading the gplugin file and dragging it in to Geneious or use the plugin manager in Geneious (under Tools - Plugins in the menu).

Once installed, run the plugin by selecting a protein sequence and using one of the protein analysis options in the Annotate & Predict menu.
