Geneious Prime 2026.0 provides the ability to create multicistronic constructs using Golden Gate, Gibson and In-Fusion cloning in one step, adds a new Favourites section for easy access to your most-used documents and much more.
One-step Multicistronic Cloning*
Quickly build constructs with fragments inserted at multiple locations within your backbone vector using Gibson, In-Fusion and Golden Gate cloning. Circular backbones can be digested at different locations to create multiple insertion points.

Pin Favorite folders for easy access
Add folders from your Cloud and Local databases to the new favourites section, for quick and easy access to your most commonly used files. Favourites are remembered across devices when connected to the cloud workspace.
SnapGene History Import
Import of SnapGene *.dna files now creates Fragment annotations for the first-level History, showing a record of the simulation method for certain cloning types, and enabling resurrection of parent files directly within Geneious Prime.
